Sautéed Green Beans Recipe

Sautéed Green Beans Recipe

My mom makes this recipe by the 5lb. bag of green beans you get from Sam’s club, but here is the original, smaller quantity recipe from many years ago in our friend’s, the Voeller sister’s cookbook*

4 cups green beans, ends removed (or long, frozen green beans work too)

1 T. olive oil

2 garlic cloves, minced

3 T. Bragg Liquid Aminos, tamari, or soy sauce

Heat oil, garlic, and Bragg Liquid Aminos in saucepan; add green beans. Sauté until the beans are bright green and tender (about 7 min. from raw).

Jill we love green beans and I want to make these. I have green bean seeds left over from last year that I think I will try to plant today. Have a blessed day!
